Good-bye Cruise Season 2022
Cruise Season 2022 is now in our rearview mirror. And despite the lingering threat of COVID, we were able to share many great evenings with our friends - kicking tires, telling lies about our vehicles, eating cookies, laughing, and on occasion, embracing reality. Thanks to everyone who came out to share in the evenings of friendship at our new meeting spot in the Bancroft Foodland parking lot (behind Canadian Tire).
And yes, we did have the occasional rain bursts, but it didn't stop the diehards from gathering, at a socially-acceptable distance of course. It was nice to see some new faces joining us and to see some new classics being added to the turnouts.
Next year we hope to continue gathering EVERY Tuesday evening at Bancroft Foodland.
Targeting 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM - Note times are subject to change depending on weather and attendance.
RAIN DATE: The following evening - Wednesday.
Watch this space for updates as they become available.
Sadly, we lost six of our staunchest supporters since COVID-19 closed us down. Please see tributes below to:
Orlan James, Don Reiss, Donald Bason, Earle Burnette, and both Marion and Donald Carr. They will be missed.
Stay safe! Get vaccinated!

Unfortunately, we did not have a Colour Cruise in 2022. But we have lots of memories of Colour Cruises past. Don't give up hope. 2023 might just be the perfect time for another cruise.

AUGUST 16, 2022 was this year's annual corn roast.
Location: Foodland parking lot, 337 Hastings St. North, Bancroft
Dozens of Cruisers brought their appetite to devour some mighty fine Ontario-grown corn donated by our sponsor C. Bamford & Sons Construction. Hundreds of fresh donuts provided by the Bancroft Cruisers also met their demise. Big thanks also to John Hales for his disc jockey services and keeping us entertained with awesome oldies music.
See you in 2023.
